Regardless of your level of leadership, your character, vision, personality, and social skills will be tested.
Some old fashion mental toughness will serve you well at every turn in any season on the road to being the best version of yourself.
Three things to remember in your season of testing,
- Never allow obstacles and disadvantages to discourage you.
- Stay at the table, continuing to play the cards you’re dealt,
- Win or lose, your potential for growth increases when you learn something from each experience.

How well we handle ourselves in a test or misstep will determine how well we’ll lead and how high we’ll climb. This directly impacts your personal growth and future potential.
Just like the lion, it’s not personal. It comes with the territory.
