The positive energy generated by that philosophy is highly contagious.
Love-driven leadership is so effective that it breeds trust and respect unsolicited.
How can you not trust and respect a forgiving, inspiring, creative, humble, and empowering leader? Especially when you walk away, Encouraged every time they teach you something!
When I was in my forties, I decided to spend the rest of my life learning how to be a better love-driven leader each year than I was the year before.
This meant being intentionally relational with all people all the time. It’s challenging, but thus far, the benefits have far outweighed my efforts.
Now I’m approaching life with a Simple Faith, Following Simple Instructions, Receiving Extraordinary Results. I’ve always believed in the best of others and their God-given potential to become everything they were born to be and do.
I believe We Are All Designed to Live Love Laugh and Lead! (1)
Needless to say, love driven leadership has made life so much more enjoyable.
