Posted by Almighty God and Heavenly Father,
On this Thanksgiving Day, I bow my head
And open my heart with gratitude.
Thank You for who You are and for all You do.
Thank you for Your great mercy and Amazing grace, for Your great love, providential care, and provisions.
Thank you for giving me life, a future, and a hope.
Thank you for sight, hearing, for a sense of smell. With these, I may enjoy the wonders of Your creation.
Thank you for a measure of health and happiness, and for family and good friends.
Thank you for giving me mental capacity to a reasonable degree,
that I may realize these blessings that you have granted, and to appreciate them, as well as to praise You for them.
Thank you for all these blessings
which You have most graciously granted.
So, on this Thanksgiving Day, I express my gratitude for this life to be lived and for the people I will share it with.
Therefore, with a confident trust in You, who holds my future in Your hands.
