Lord, you have shown great favor to our nation, even as we drift further from Your truth. May Your blessings once again be restored.
Be pleased to forgive our people where we are offending You, and cover our sins thoughthey are many.
Revive us again, Oh Lord, may You be revered and recognized as our Redeemer and our only hope.
May a national reverential awe of You return to our public consciousness. Be pleased to revive and unite Your Church as a light in the darkness.
May Your people again walk in the truth. rejoicing in You alone. Restore to us an awareness of Your unfailing love.
Lord, grant our nation Your protection, knowledge of Your Word to walk in Your wisdom.
Be pleased to save us from this course self-destruction which we have chosen, and enable us to take hold of Your mery and Your grace, Amen. (Adapted from Psalm 85:1-4, 6-7). -JSP
